CertCarrier manages carrier compliance for Canadian shippers, 3PLs and freight forwarders — insurance review, CVOR, WSIB, FMCSA monitoring, and cross-border programs. Managed service plus purpose-built software.
Most shippers manage compliance reactively — chasing COIs by email, missing renewals, and discovering lapses after a load has already moved.
Full compliance coverage across insurance, Canadian safety, US regulatory, and specialized commodity requirements.
A structured 5-step process from setup to ongoing monitoring. We handle the compliance work — you get the visibility.
No US competitor covers what we cover. We built CertCarrier specifically for shippers, 3PLs and freight forwarders operating in Canada and cross-border.
Talk to us about your network size, commodity types, and compliance requirements. We'll put together a proposal within 24 hours.
CertCarrier was built to solve a gap that every mid-size Canadian shipper, 3PL and freight forwarder faces — no tool, no team, and no time to manage carrier compliance properly.
CertCarrier comes from years of hands-on carrier compliance work in the Canadian trucking industry. We spent time on the carrier side — managing safety programs, reviewing insurance certificates, navigating CVOR abstracts and WSIB clearances — and saw firsthand how hard it was for shippers to stay on top of their networks.
Existing software tools were built for US freight brokers. They automate FMCSA lookups and onboarding packets — but they don't touch CVOR, WSIB, or Canadian provincial compliance. And none of them do what matters most: have a human expert review your certificates of insurance and catch the things that automated tools miss.
CertCarrier combines purpose-built compliance software with a managed service model. You get the portal and the people — a compliance team that acts on your behalf so you can move freight with confidence.
Whether you have questions about the platform, want to discuss your carrier network, or are ready to get a proposal — reach out directly.
Tell us about your network size, operation type, and commodity requirements. We'll put together a proposal within 24 hours — no obligation.
